In this video, we’ll show you how to Request or Invite Providers to join your dental office.
This function helps you quickly bring new providers into your practice and easily connect with other dental professionals.
Steps to Request/Invite Providers:
Step 1:
Go to your dashboard, click on Dental Providers, then click on the Request/Invite button.
Step 2:
Search for the providers you want to invite, then click Send Invite to add them to your practice.
Step 3:
Once you send the invitation, the provider is notified that they’ve been added to your practice.
Step 4:
If a provider wants to join your dental office, you’ll receive a request from them. You can check the provider's profile and choose to Accept or Reject the request.
Accept:
If you accept, the provider gets added to your dentist list, making it easy to work together in the practice.
Reject:
If you reject the request, the provider is notified, and they won’t be added to your practice.
