Step 1: Find the ‘Forms’ tab on the left side of the dashboard.
Step 2: You get to see all the forms once you get redirected to the forms page.
Step 3: You can find a few options like All forms, My forms, Sent forms, and Completed forms.
Step 4: Click on ‘New form’ if you want to create one.
Step 5: Once you land on the new forms page, you will see multiple drag-and-drop options, allowing you to create a form.
Step 6: Scroll down if you want to see the form.
Step 7: Once you created one, you can view, edit, delete, and e-mail.
