Today, I’m going to show you how to access and manage Case Examples in Dentulu’s dental office platform. Let’s get started!
The Case Examples feature allows your dental office to showcase successful treatment outcomes through visual stories. With before-and-after images and descriptive details, you can build patient trust and highlight the quality of your services.
Step 1: Navigate to App Settings
First, go to App Settings in your Dentulu platform.
Step 2: Access the Case Examples Section
Within the App Settings menu, find and click on Case Examples to view and manage your case examples.
Step 3: Add a New Case Example
To create a new case example:
Click the Add Case Example button.
Upload either a single image or a set of before-and-after images.
Enter a Title to briefly describe the case.
Add a detailed Description explaining the treatment process and results.
Save your changes to add the new case example.
Step 4: Edit an Existing Case Example
To update an existing case example:
Select the case example you want to modify.
Edit the Title, Description, or Images as needed.
Save your updates to keep the information current.
Step 5: Delete a Case Example
To remove a case example:
Select the example you want to delete.
Click the Delete option.
Confirm the deletion to permanently remove it.
