The Refer Our Office feature allows patients to recommend your dental practice to their friends and family. By sharing a personalized message and a video, this feature makes word-of-mouth referrals simple and effective, helping you reach more potential patients.

Step 1: Navigate to App Settings

First, go to App Settings in your Dentulu platform.

Step 2: Access the Refer Our Office section

Within the App Settings, click on Refer Our Office to open this section.

Step 3: Add a Personalized Referral Message

Here, you’ll find a text box labeled Referral Message.

• Type in a friendly message, like:
  “We’d love to meet your friends and family! Share this message to help them experience exceptional dental care at our office.”

Step 4: Add a YouTube Video Link

Next, add a video to make your referrals more engaging.

• Copy the link to a YouTube video, such as an office tour or a patient testimonial.

• Paste it into the field provided.

Step 5: Patients Share the Referral

Once the referral message and video are ready, patients can share them.

• They can copy both the message and the video link to send via email, text, or social media.

Step 6: Monitor Referrals

You can track referrals in the Referral List section.

• View details like the referring patient’s name and the message they shared.
