Welcome to Dentulu, your all-in-one dental management app. Today, I’m going to show you how to access Reviews and Testimonials in Dentulu's dental office platform. It’s quick and easy, so let’s get started!
The Patient Reviews & Testimonials feature helps your dental office showcase real patient experiences. This can build trust and credibility with potential patients. You can include text, pictures, videos, and online business links to create a comprehensive platform for sharing feedback.
Step 1: Navigate to App Settings
First, go to App Settings in your Dentulu platform.
Step 2: Access the Patient Reviews & Testimonials section
Find and click on Patient Reviews & Testimonials within the App Settings.
Step 3: View Patient Reviews & Testimonials
In this section, you can find various testimonials, including text, pictures, videos, or online business links.
Step 4: Expand the down arrow to read various testimonials
Click on the down arrow to expand and view detailed patient testimonials.
Read through the testimonials to stay informed and engaged with your patients' feedback.
Step 5: Delete Patient Reviews & Testimonials
If there is a testimonial that is no longer relevant or accurate, select the Delete Testimonial option.
Confirm the deletion to remove the testimonial from the list.
