Today, we’re going to show you how to add categories in your Dental Office Shop Settings.
Categories help organize your products into different groups. This makes it easier for your patients to find what they need and for you to manage your inventory.
Step 1: Start by going to App Settings and clicking on Shop Settings. Then, find the Categories tile and click on it.
Step 2: Next, click on Add Categories/Sub-Categories to get started.
Step 3: Now, let’s create a new main category! Click the plus sign, type in the name of your main category, choose the portal, and then click Create.
