How to add subcategories in Dentulu's dental office shop settings?

Today, we’re going to learn how to add sub-categories in your Dental Office Shop Settings.

Adding sub-categories helps you keep items organized, making it easier for patients to find what they need. 

Let’s get started!

Step 1

• Log in to your Dental Office account.
• Go to App Settings.
• Tap on Shop Settings.

Step 2

• In Shop Settings, look for a button that says Categories. Tap on it.

Step 3

• Tap Add Categories/Sub-Categories.
• Choose the main category where you want to add a sub-category.
• Tap the plus (+) sign next to the main category name.
• Type in the name of your new sub-category.
• Tap Create to finish!
• Your new sub-category is now in the system! 

Just remember, it might take 1 to 2 days for it to be approved.
