How to chat with a patient on Dentulu's dental office platform?
Welcome to Dentulu, your comprehensive dental practice management solution. Today, we'll guide you through how to initiate a chat with a patient.
To get started, locate the chat icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Click on it and then select "Patient chat."
Once you're redirected to the Patient chat page, you'll have all the tools you need to engage with your patients, including attaching documents and sharing multimedia content.
Next, find and select the patient you want to communicate with. You can use the search bar for quicker navigation or scroll through the list manually.
After selecting your desired patient, type your message in the input field and click "Send" to dispatch your communication.
