How to chat with an office sub-user on Dentulu's dental office platform?
Welcome to Dentulu, your comprehensive dental practice management solution. Today, we'll guide you through how to initiate a chat with a colleague, also known as an office sub user.
To get started, locate the chat icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Click on it and then select "Internal Office Chat."
Once you're redirected to the internal chat page, navigate to the "Internal chat" section. Here, you can engage in dialogue, attach documents, or share multimedia content.
Next, find and select the office sub user you want to communicate with. You can use the search bar for quicker navigation or scroll through the list manually.
After selecting your desired sub user, type your message in the input field and click "Send" to dispatch your communication.
