As part of your initial setup, please follow the on-screen instructions.
As your first step, let's assign an owner dentist to your dental office. You can either register your practice owner as a new user or, if your practice owner is already a user in our platform, you may select them from the list. To continue adding the practice owner, please enter basic information such as name, gender, date of birth, email, mobile number, and license information. Click on "Register" once all the information has been entered. Practice owner added successfully.
The second step is to update the office profile, including the office's name, address, fax number, and website link for convenient communication and access to additional information.
Next, update the hours of operation. Select the specific day of the week for which the operating hours will be set. Set precise opening and closing times for the selected day and update the status of the office's operation, whether it's open or closed.
Moving on, customize your office's mobile application with our most popular templates. Click on "Import" to preload high-quality templates. Within a few seconds, selected templates have been imported.
Finally, add sub-users to your account, such as assistants. Enter the sub user's first name, last name, email, phone number, and password. Add permission to the sub-user to access each module such as appointments, MouthCAM, Shop, etc.
