In this video, we’ll show you how to deactivate providers in just a few easy steps.
Deactivating providers helps keep your active list up-to-date. This makes it easier to manage your office and ensures you’re only seeing currently active providers.
Let’s Get Started!
- Go to Your Dashboard
- First, look for your dashboard. It’s like the main screen where you can see everything!
- Click on Dental Providers
- Find the button that says Dental Providers and click on it. This will take you to the Provider Manager page, where you can see all the people who work with you.
- Deactivate a Provider - If you want to deactivate someone, look for the little remove icon next to their name. Just click on that icon! This will move them to the Inactive Providers list.
- Reactivate a Provider - If you ever want to bring someone back, you can switch them back to Active. It’s super easy!
