How to for Communications Center
Step 1: log on to your dashboard. Step 2: Click on your profile picture Step 3: Select ‘App settings’ Step 4: You’ll be redirected- to the ‘My app settings’ page Step 5: Click on ‘Communication center’ at the bottom of the menu Step 6: You’ll be redirected- to the communication center page. Step 7: If you click on ‘Patient chat’, you can see the internal chats with staff and providers. Step 8: If you click on the ‘Patient email’, you can see the ‘Open threads’ and ‘Close threads.’ Step 9: You can email the office by clicking ‘e-Mail office.’ Step 10: Clicking on the ‘Office contact info’ where you can update the administration phone number and office phone number. Step 11: To save all the entered details, click the ‘Update’ button.
