Today, I’m going to show you how to manage Office Pamphlets in Dentulu’s dental office platform. It’s quick and easy, so let’s get started!
The Office Pamphlets feature allows your dental office to share informative pamphlets with patients. These materials provide valuable insights into dental topics, treatments, and oral health, helping patients make informed decisions about their care.
Step 1: Navigate to App Settings
First, go to App Settings in your Dentulu platform.
Step 2: Access the Office Pamphlets Section
Within the App Settings, find and click on Office Pamphlets to manage this feature.
Step 3: Add a New Pamphlet
To upload a new pamphlet:
Click the Add Pamphlet button.
Enter a Title and a Description for the pamphlet.
Upload a Photo or Image of the pamphlet.
Save your changes to add the pamphlet.
Step 4: Update Existing Pamphlets
To make changes to an existing pamphlet:
Select the pamphlet you want to edit.
Update the Title, Description, or Image as needed.
Save your changes to keep the pamphlet up-to-date.
Step 5: Delete Outdated Pamphlets
To remove a pamphlet that is no longer relevant:
Select the pamphlet you wish to delete.
Click the Delete option.
Confirm the deletion to remove it from the list.
