Today, I’m going to show you how to manage Promotional Offers in Dentulu’s dental office platform. Let’s get started!
The Promotional Offers feature helps you attract and engage patients with enticing discounts and deals.
Step 1: Navigate to App Settings
First, click App Settings on your Dentulu dashboard.
Step 2: Access the Promotional Offers Section
In the App Settings menu, locate and click on Promotional Offers to start managing your offers.
Step 3: Add a New Promotional Offer
To create a new offer:
Click the Add Promotional Offer button.
Upload an image that represents the promotion visually.
Enter a Title for the promotion.
Assign a Coupon Code for easy redemption.
Set the Start and End Dates for the promotion’s validity.
Choose the Discount Type (flat or percentage) and specify the Discount Value.
Display the Calculated Savings to show patients how much they’ll save.
Define the Services or Products the offer applies to.
Add a Description to provide more details about the promotion.
Save your changes to activate the promotional offer.
Step 4: View More Details
To review the full details of an offer:
Click the View More button next to any promotion.
You’ll see comprehensive information including terms, dates, discounts, and applicable services.
Step 5: Edit an Existing Offer
To update an existing promotional offer:
Select the offer you want to modify.
Edit details like the Image, Title, Coupon Code, Dates, or Description.
Save your updates to keep the offer current.
