Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1:
Go to your dashboard and click on Dental Providers.
Step 2:
Select a provider's name to open their profile. Here, you can update various details about the provider, including:
Profile Management:
Edit provider details such as dental license info, languages spoken, affiliated practices, and biography.
Dental License:
Update the provider's license information, including expiration date, country, and state.
Zip Code Assignment:
Assign specific zip codes or set a service radius for mobile services offered by the provider.
Step 3:
Business Associate Agreement (BAA):
Fill out the BAA by entering the provider's first and last name, address, title, date, and signature.

Malpractice Insurance:
Add or update details about malpractice insurance, including the carrier name, expiration date, and any extra notes.
Step 6:
Internal Records:
Manage important documents and certifications like CE Credits, Driver's License, Dental License, CPR Certification, and check their expiration dates.

Availability and Calendar:
Set the provider's availability for different appointment types, such as emergency, non-emergency, virtual, in-office, and mobile concierge visits.
Can also set the unavailability date and time.
