With chat and email functionalities, this feature helps improve patient engagement and makes correspondence more efficient.

Step 1: Navigate to App Settings

First, go to App Settings in your Dentulu platform.

Step 2: Access the Communication Center

Locate and click on the Communication Center section within the App Settings.

Step 3: Patient Chat

• Click on the Patient Chat option to redirect patients to the chat interface.

• Patients can start chat sessions to ask questions, seek information, or address any concerns they may have.

• Use the Patient Email function to send emails directly to patients from within the platform.
