Welcome to Dentulu, your all-in-one dental management app. In this video, I’ll show you how to manage your Virtual Office Tour. This feature lets you give patients a sneak peek into your dental practice, showcasing your office layout, equipment, and atmosphere to make them feel more comfortable before their visit. Let’s get started!
Step 1: Navigate to App Settings
First, go to App Settings in your Dentulu platform.
Step 2: Access the Virtual Tour feature
Find and click on the Virtual Tour section within the app.
Step 3: Upload images
To upload images of your office:
Click on Upload Images.
Choose images that capture different areas and features of your dental office, such as the waiting area, treatment rooms, and reception.
Click Save to upload the images to your virtual tour.
Step 4: Edit images
To make changes to your uploaded images:
Select Edit Images.
Crop the images if required.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Step 5: Delete images
To remove any images that are outdated or no longer needed:
Select Delete Images.
Choose the image(s) you want to remove.
Confirm the deletion to update your virtual tour.
Step 6: Upload video content
Adding videos can help engage visitors and showcase your practice even more effectively:
Click Upload Video to add videos directly to your platform.
For videos from YouTube or Vimeo:
Go to youtube.com or vimeo.com.
Find the video you want to add and click the Share button.
Select the Embed icon and copy the “src” link from the embed code.
Paste the copied link into the designated box on the platform.
Click Save to add the video to your virtual tour.
You’re all done!
