Welcome to Dentulu, your all-in-one dental management app. Today, I’ll show you how to update and manage your Holiday Hours. This feature helps your patients stay informed about your special schedules during holidays and ensures smooth planning. Let’s get started!
Step 1: Open App Settings
First, go to App Settings in your Dentulu platform.
Step 2: Select Office Profile
Next, click on Office Profile. You’ll find the Holiday Hours section here.
Step 3: Access the Holiday Hours section
Scroll down and click on Holiday Hours to start updating your holiday schedule.
Step 4: Select the holiday date
Choose the specific date you want to set holiday hours for.
Step 5: Add a description
Provide a brief description of the holiday or special occasion. For example, "Christmas" or "Thanksgiving."
Step 6: Set the status
Choose the status of your office for that holiday:
Step 7: Save your changes
Once you’ve added the date, description, and status, click Save to update the holiday hours.
You’re all set!
You’ve successfully updated your Holiday Hours. Keeping your holiday schedule updated helps your patients plan their visits and stay informed about your availability.
