Welcome to Dentulu, your all-in-one dental management app. In this video, I’ll show you how to update and manage your Hours of Operation. Keeping this information accurate helps your patients know exactly when your office is open. Let’s get started!
Step 1: Open App Settings
First, go to App Settings in your Dentulu platform.
Step 2: Select Office Profile
Next, click on Office Profile. This is where you’ll find the Hours of Operation section.
Step 3: Access the Hours of Operation section
Scroll down to find the Hours of Operation feature. This is where you can manage your office’s schedule.
Step 4: Select the day of the week
Choose the day you want to update. All seven days of the week will be listed for you.
Step 5: Update the opening and closing times
Set the opening time and closing time for the selected day. This ensures your schedule is clear for patients.
Step 6: Update the status
Mark the day as open or closed. If your office is closed for the entire day, you can simply update the status to reflect that.
Step 7: Preview your changes
Use the Preview option to review the updated hours and make sure everything looks correct.
Step 8: Save your changes
Once you’re happy with your updates, click Save to finalize the schedule.
You’re all set!
