Welcome to Dentulu, your all-in-one dental management app. Today, I’ll show you how to update your team details in the Meet the Team section. This feature helps patients get to know your amazing team and builds trust before they visit your office. Let’s get started!
Step 1: Open App Settings
First, go to App Settings in your Dentulu platform.
Step 2: Access the Meet the Team section
Click on Meet the Team. This is where you can manage your team's profiles.
Step 3: Add a new team member
Here’s how to add a team member:
Click Add Team Member.
Enter their details:
First name and last name
Degree and office position (e.g., Dentist, Hygienist, Assistant)
Languages spoken
A short biography showcasing their experience.
Click Save to create their profile.
Step 4: Edit an existing team member
To update someone already listed:
Locate their profile.
Click Edit.
Update their details and click Save.
Step 5: Delete a team member
To remove someone from the list:
Find the profile you want to delete.
Click Delete.
Confirm the deletion.
You’re done!
You’ve successfully updated your Meet the Team section. Highlighting your team helps patients feel welcome and connected before stepping into your office.
