Welcome to Dentulu, your all-in-one dental management app. Today, I’m going to show you how to view Sleep Apnea leads who left the questionnaire incomplete. It’s quick and easy, so let’s get started!
Step 1: First, go to App Settings in your Dentulu platform.
Step 2: In the App Settings, select Office Sleep Apnea to access the Sleep Apnea features.
Step 3: Within the Sleep Apnea section, find the Sleep Apnea Leads area.
Here, you will see a list of leads, including:
Name
Email
Mobile
Date & Time
Action
Step 4: Click on the Action button next to a lead's name.
This will display the questionnaire submitted by the patient, even if it was incomplete or abandoned.
That’s It!
You’ve successfully accessed the Sleep Apnea Leads section to view details of patients who left the process incomplete. Use this information to follow up and provide the necessary guidance or assistance.
