Step 1: Open the appointment details.
Go to:
Appointments -> In-office Appointment -> View Details
Step 2: Access the SOAP notes section.
Click on SOAP Notes to get started.
Complete the Following Sections
Initial SOAP Notes:
Fill out patient history and examination details.
Perform a TMJ screening and document ranges of motion.
Classify conditions and conduct an airway assessment.
Follow-Up:
Impression:
Delivery Notes:
Dental Fitness:
Step 3: Make updates if needed.
If you need to add more details later, click on Amendments to include additional notes or updates.
Step 4: Export or share the SOAP notes.
Export the completed SOAP notes as a PDF for record-keeping.
To share the notes with the patient’s dental office or provider, click on Send Dental Fitness Form.
