Step 1: Log in to app.dentulu.com and click on login above patients

Step 2: To log in, enter your email id and password.

Step 3: You can find ‘My accounts’ on the left side of the dashboard. Clicking will redirect you to my accounts page.

Step 4: Scroll down and find ‘Health history’. Click on the button to view the details.

Step 5: Now, click on the view button to see the details of the health history.

Step 6: You can also update the health history by clicking “Update health history
