How to chat with a provider on Dentulu's dental office platform?
Welcome to Dentulu, your comprehensive dental practice management solution. Today, we'll walk you through the process of initiating a chat with your designated provider.
To begin, locate the chat icon positioned in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Upon selecting it, proceed to click on "Internal Office Chat."
Upon redirection to the internal chat page, direct your attention to the "Providers" section. Here, you'll find yourself equipped to engage in dialogue, attach pertinent documents, or even share multimedia content.
Subsequently, identify and select the provider with whom you wish to communicate. Utilize the search bar for expedited navigation or peruse the list manually.
Once your desired provider is selected, articulate your message within the designated input field. Following this, proceed to dispatch your communication by selecting the "Send" option.
