Step 1: Login to your dashboard
Step 2: Click on the ‘Our account’
Step 3: Scroll down to check subscription information, payment method, and billing history.
Step 4: Clicking on ‘View owner profile’ directs you to the provider’s details page.
Step 5: On the provider’s details page, you access the manage profile, malpractice insurance, internal records, send SMS, and calendar
Step 6: Down below you can see ‘Edit information’ to modify your information
Step 7: After updating your profile click on ‘update’ to save the data
