Step 1: Log in to app.dentulu.com and click on login above patients

Step 2: To log in, enter your email id and password.

Step 3: Go to Dental services on the left side of the dashboard.

Step 4: You will be directed- to the page where second opinion is listed.Click on Get Started

Step 5: If you already have made an appointment, you can click on the “Past and pending second opinion”

Step 6: To make a new one, There will be two options 1. Second Opinion by Licensed Dental Professionals 2. Second Opinion powered by Pearl AI

Step 7: If you want to select Second Opinion by Licensed Dental Professionals , Click on the ‘Submit a new case with Dentist”, enter the patient state

Step 8: Enter the patient state and then you will directed to the questionnaire section.

Step 9:Answers all the set of questions on the page and upload your available document

Step 10: Once you complete the questionnaire, make the payment.

Step 11: if you are going for Second Opinion powered by Pearl AI, you can request x-rays or submit a new case.

Step 12. You can request to release the dental records by clicking on request my xrays , fill the necessary details and submit the request

Step 13: if you want to submit a new case click on it and you will be directed to AI request page.

Step 14: Upload the necessary documents and make the payment to continue
