Step 1: Log in to app.dentulu.com and click on login above Dental professionals.
Step 2: Click on ‘Log in’ above dentist professionals.
Step 3: To log in, enter your email address and password.
Step 4: Click on the ‘My patient’ on the top of the dashboard.
Step 5: You’ll be redirected to my patient page and click on the patient that you want to add chart notes.
Step 6: Click on the ‘Clinical notes’
Step 7: Now, you can see all the notes you have added to the patient and click on the ‘Add’ to create a new one.
