How the notifications work?
Step 1: Once you log in, find the notification option on the left side of the dashboard Step 2: You will be redirected- to the notification page, where you can view all the notifications. Step 3: You can see all the read/ unread notifications. Step 4: Click on the ‘Show more’ button to read the full description of the notification. You’ll be redirected- to the booking details page. Step 5: Now, you can view other details of the appointments like application ID, location, payment status, call duration, and contact information. Step 6: Also, you can chat, view prescriptions, send forms, view patient history, insurance details and appointment billing details.
