Step 1: Log in to app.dentulu.com and click on login above Dental professionals.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Login' above dentist professionals and enter your registered email address and password.
Step 3: Click on the ‘COVID screening’ on the left side of the dashboard.
Step 4: You’ll be redirected to the directed to COVID screening page.
Step 5: Here you can see all the forms that are completed/ pending.
Step 6: To send a new COVID screening report, click on the ‘Add new patient’, fill the fields and click ‘Send COVID evaluation’
