Step 1: Once you log in, click on the ‘Forms’ on the left side of the dashboard.
Step 2: You will be redirected- to the forms page, where you can see all the forms you have created.
Step 3: You can perform operations like view, edit, delete, copy, and email. You can also create a new form by clicking on the ‘New form.’
Step 4: Fill the required fields by the drag and drop option and click on the ‘Save’ to save the updated form.
Step 5: You can also view the sent form and completed form by clicking on the tabs above the list.
