Welcome to Dentulu, your all-in-one dental management app. Today, I’m going to show you how does the forms section in provider works.

Step 1: Once you log in, click on the ‘Paperless Forms’ on the left side of the dashboard.
Step 2: You will be redirected- to the forms page, where you can see all the forms you have created.
Step 3: You can also view the sent form, completed form, Covid screenings, templates by clicking on the tabs above the list

Step 4: You can perform operations like view, edit, delete, and email.

Step 5. You can also customize the forms by clicking on the option “Do you need help with the custom forms
